Is there some special font that was used in this issue, because I'm noticing a lot of missing characters. They're usually numbers, but the occasional letter is gone too.

http://imgur.com/bZOvr.png is one of the most noticeable examples - every instance of 2.5 except the header has the numbers missing, the q in "quite" just below the bottom left corner of the splash screen image, the J in "Just" in the bottom right paragraph, etc. It's a little annoying here, but in the tutorials where specific numeric values are blanked, it's practically unreadable.

I assume it's a font issue because if I copy and paste the text, I can see the missing characters, and I highly doubt 16 proofers would let something so noticeable slip by.

Hello,
Thank you for your efforts on this magazine. I eagerly await the arrive of each issue and hope to contribute in the near future.

I noticed a problem with the Issue #25 PDF that was published. There appears to have been some distillation errors and some characters are missing. The easiest to see is in the copywrite notice on the last page. The dates display as 00-00. If the data is cut and pasted in notepad, the dates display as 2005-2009.

This problem is also in the tutorials with the numbers for the settings. The first location of the problem is in your editorial, the line "We have seen the release of Blender 2.50 Alpha 0," does not display the "2" or "5" in 2.50.

Regards,
Stephen Allen
