Deluge for GNOME and Xfce users.
rTorrent is ok too, but a lot of people are thrown off by ncurses GUIs.
(Transmission is also out there for Linux as well)

There are a lot more i&#039;m not going to bother listing, and probably even more i&#039;ve forgotten, oh well, those are the big players (sans transmission, i don&#039;t know of anyone who uses it on linux but I thought it was worth mentioning since it was listed as mac only).</description>
